This is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, arrange a visit, or retrieve an official booking record. Contact the responsible public office directly.

Choose the Right Record Route

The correct contact depends on which agency held the person and which fact needs confirmation.

  • For a released person or exact release record, the home page gives the full jail, VINE, court, and records-request sequence.
  • For community supervision, use the Parole / Probation guide.
  • For same-day departures, use Released Last 24 Hours; Cloud County publishes no official recent-release feed.
  • For timing or alerts, see Inmate Release Date and VINELink Release Check.
  • For a particular custodian, use the facility pages listed below and in the footer.
  • For a sentenced Kansas prisoner, use KASPER and KDOC. For federal or immigration custody, use BOP or ICE.

Cloud County Jail and Sheriff

Cloud County Law Enforcement Center / Cloud County Jail
2090 Fort Kearney Road
Concordia, KS 66901
Jail: 785-243-8164
Official facility page

Call before visiting for a record. The jail accepts visitation appointment calls around the clock, and the Sheriff lists regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Neither statement establishes the records custodian’s counter hours. Ask where and when a KORA request for a release event or booking photo is handled.

Cloud County Court and KORA Route

Cloud County Courthouse
811 Washington Street
Concordia, KS 66901
Main telephone: 785-243-8110
County-posted general hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The district court record can show bond, dismissal, sentence, probation, or a remand. It does not replace the jail’s actual departure event. Cloud County’s official KORA form routes county requests through the clerk, but a jail request should clearly name the Sheriff/Law Enforcement Center as the department that created the record. Ask for electronic delivery and an itemized estimate. Fees must be confirmed rather than guessed.

Kansas Corrections and VINE Contacts

KDOC’s central telephone is 785-296-3317. Its locating guidance routes date-specific questions through Sentence Computation at that contact. KASPER accuracy concerns may be sent to kdoc_pub@ks.gov with the KDOC number, disputed field, and supporting official document.

The Kansas Attorney General VINE page is the official county-jail notification route. The live web page and its linked guide publish telephone numbers that differ by one digit, so verify the current number from the live source. VINE excludes KDOC prisoners. Kansas Attorney General Victim Services is at 120 SW 10th Avenue, 2nd Floor, Topeka, KS 66612-1597, telephone 785-291-3950, with posted hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except state holidays.

Federal and Immigration Contacts

Use the BOP Inmate Locator for a federal custody history and release date. Use the ICE Online Detainee Locator for immigration detention. Cloud County has no identified federal prison or dedicated ICE detention center. A departure from the county jail to either system may be a transfer, so begin with the receiving custodian named in the jail event.
